The conference: “Intellectual property and the Internet”

Serbian National Internet Domain Registry Foundation (RNIDS) and the University of Belgrade – Faculty of Law, will jointly organize the conference “Intellectual property and the Internet”, on 30th May 2016. The conference will be held at the Faculty of Law, Bul. kralja Aleksandra 67, Belgrade in the Conference room (Annex). The registration of participants will start at 9.00 and the official program at 9.30 AM.

The conference will discuss about the administration of domain names system, Serbian national domains dispute resolution cases during the previous year, and the new rules on registration of .RS and .СРБ domains. Trademark infringements on the sites for the auction sale of goods and similar cases will be discussed, along with the usage of Twitter and Facebook in terms of copyright, with a special reference to Serbian law.
