The 39th International ICANN Meeting, attended by representatives of RNIDS, was held on 5-10 December 2010 in Cartagena (Columbia).
The convention was hosted by .CO Internet S.A.S. - the Registry Operator for the Colombian ccTLD. When it comes to technical issues, the greatest attention was given to DNSSEC, whereas the prospects of the Internet Governance Forum and the global issue of Internet management were major topics related to the future of the Internet.
