Statutory Committee
The Statutory Committee of RNIDS is a permanent body whose engagement and scope of work are defined by the RNIDS Statute. The Committee consists of three members elected by the Conference of Co-Founders of RNIDS for a period of four years, following a public call. The members are distinguished legal experts with relevant work experience and professional engagement in the fields of company law, corporate governance, or the law of non-profit or non-governmental organizations.
Within the scope of the Committee’s competencies is the authentic interpretation of the Statute and other general acts of RNIDS, ensuring that the rights of co-founders are appropriately regulated by the Statute and other relevant RNIDS acts.
The Statutory Committee provides opinions on the draft Statute and on proposals for its amendments and supplements, on the draft general acts of RNIDS and on their amendments and supplements, and provides opinions on the compliance of RNIDS acts with the Statute. In addition, the Committee gives recommendations to the Board of Governors regarding issues of resolving organizational conflicts within RNIDS, on reports concerning potential conflicts of interest, in cases of conflict of competencies between RNIDS bodies, as well as on ensuring transparency of RNIDS operations and on the protection of privacy.

In accordance with the decisions of the Conference of Co-Founders of RNIDS dated 7 February 2024 and 23 May 2025, the following members of the Statutory Committee of RNIDS were appointed:
